Spring 2024 Cohort
Teachers can begin to register their teams of students in the ICS Portal to participate in the Spring 2024 cohort.
An open online event for all interested teachers, parents, and students to learn about the Spring 2024 Cohort of the Space Station Technology Challenge, the requirements for students, Training Grant applications, and curriculum and resources available.
Applications due for the ISSNL funded Training Grants for teachers to gain a stronger understanding of the SSTC content and curriculum. (NOTE: this is not the deadline for competition registration itself)
This training workshop is available for all educators who will be coaching students in the SSTC for the Spring 2024 Cohort. It is required for teachers receiving a SSTC Training Grant supported by ISSNL.
This online kick-off event will discuss Space Station technologies to help set the stage and help students get started understanding how space stations work. Teachers and students competing in the SSTC should attend to help understand more about the technologies that make Space Stations run and to gain tips and advise on what kinds of new technologies could make for good submissions.
All teams must be registered in the ICS Portal by this date in order to be eligible for the SSTC Spring 2024 Cohort.
Deadline for pitch deck and recorded video presentation submissions to be eligible for Best-in-Show Awards.
This closing awards ceremony will discuss Space Station technologies and announce the SSTC Best-in-Show Award Winners.
